Anne-Sophie Pic's Cuisine

Uncommon flavour pairings and strong tastes are the foundation of Anne-Sophie Pic’s cuisine. Aromatic herbs, butter, salt and pepper can be found in almost every dish, where also the inspiration she gains from Japanese cuisine can be seen. Dining at one of her establishments is a sensory experience. Her style is visual, fashionable and vibrant.

Turnip puree with Arabica coffee and berlingots (pasta parcels with cheese filling) are just two of her unique signature dishes that will surely bring every foodie’s experience to new heights.
